MAKE AN APPOINTMENT? (including urgent)

An appointment system is in operation at all surgeries for doctors, nurses, clinics and patient care programmes.
Please check the special interests of the doctors before making an appointment; you may find it helpful to see someone with an interest appropriate to your condition. Appointments may be made in person or by telephoning:

	Llantwit Major 793444
or	Rhoose 712701 (for Rhoose surgery)
or	St Athan 751010 (for St Athan surgery)

Please phone or call personally at the surgery.

Urgent cases will be seen the same day. In the event you are unable to attend an appointment please cancel it so it may be allocated to another patient.

IN AN EMERGENCY OUTSIDE NORMAL SURGERY HOURS (8.30AM - 6.30PM) PLEASE PHONE: LLANTWIT MAJOR 793444.

REQUEST A HOME VISIT?

Please, if at all possible, come to the surgery. If you must have a home visit please make your request by 10.30am. In an emergency please phone LLANTWIT MAJOR 793444.

REGISTER WITH PRACTICE?

The practice receptionists would be pleased to help you in establishing your official registration. Please help us to keep our records up to date by informing us of any change in your circumstances, especially changes of name and address.
