Unbooked Surgery

We have an unbooked surgery for patients that need to be seen on the same day. Please contact the surgery between 8.30 and 10.00am and you will be given an approximate time to present at the surgery.

Emergency Treatment - Surgery Hours

Please telephone 793444. After taking brief details the receptionist will contact the duty doctor. If appropriate and it is medically possible for you to attend the surgery you will be given an appointment by the doctor. Should there be any delay or difficulty in contacting the surgery and the patient is unconscious, suffering heavy blood loss, severe breathlessness or chest pain you should dial 999 and request an ambulance.

Emergency Treatment - Out of Hours

The out-of-hours service is provided by the Cardiff and Vale University Health Board. Please contact the surgery on 01446 793444 when you will be automatically transferred to the emergency number. A trained health professional will advise whether you need to see a doctor and, if so, will provide an appointment to attend the Primary Care Centre.
